- A new corporate identity was designed
- The website was designed and launched
- Search engine optimisation programmes were started
- A pay per click campaign was begun
Results
- Multi-million pound sales achieved in 2009, the first year of trading
- The site is ranked no 1 on Google for the main search term “scrap gold”
- A sister e-commerce website www.TheGoldBullion.co.uk was launched October 2009, with substantial sales generated in a small amount of time
